What we process. Account data (name, email, business name, city, country, language and time zone), review data from the platforms you connect or from guest submissions on your own capture link, usage and security logs (shortened and hashed IP addresses, timestamps), and billing records when you subscribe.

Why we process it. To provide the rating reports, reply drafts and improvement plans you ask for (performance of a contract), to keep the service secure and prevent abuse of the free rating check (legitimate interest), and to meet Romanian accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

Guest review submissions. When a guest submits a review through your capture link, we store the rating, the free text, an optional first name and a hashed IP address. Do not ask guests for health, payment or identity-document details; the form is not designed for special-category data.

AI processing. Review text you submit for analysis is sent to our AI provider to produce the improvement plan. It is not used to train third-party models, and we do not send guest email addresses or full names with it.

Storage and retention. Account, review and report data is stored on servers inside the EU (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, Ireland). Free rating-check requests are deleted after 90 days, security logs after 12 months, and account and report data for as long as your subscription is active plus the retention periods Romanian law requires for invoices.

Sharing and international transfers. We use these processors, each bound by a data-processing agreement: Lovable (application hosting and database, EU), Resend (email delivery, EU), Cloudflare (network and form protection, global), Google (Google Business Profile review access, only if you connect it) and the AI providers reached through the Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini and OpenAI models) for review analysis and reply drafts. Where a processor handles data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the safeguards described in that processor's agreement, or on an adequacy decision where one applies. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Use the data-request page or write to contact@markwella.com; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.

Cookies. We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms from automated abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
