Which platforms do you cover?

The free rating check analyses public signals from Google and can match relevant Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Airbnb and Yelp listings.

Do you need access to my accounts?

No account access is needed for the free rating check. Rating management uses secure, owner-authorized profile connections.

Which languages does the service support?

The interface and analysis are currently visible in English, Romanian and Hungarian. Reply drafts use the guest's language and always remain subject to owner approval.

Is there a free trial?

No trial. Each business can request one free rating check before deciding whether to join.

What do you store about reviewers?

Only initials and the review text. Never full names, links or photos.

How is this different from Birdeye, TrustYou or a ChatGPT prompt?

Some tools focus on collecting reviews, large-chain reporting or generic replies. Markwella is built for independent hospitality owners: weekly priorities, revenue-at-risk estimates, approved replies and fix tracking in one simple workflow.

Will you ever post replies without my approval?

No. Nothing is ever published without your explicit click, including replies to 5-star reviews.

Do you ask only happy guests for reviews?

No. That is review gating, and we never do it. Any review request must go to every guest equally.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled any month.
